Returns Policy

Returning/Exchanging an Item or Cancelling an Order

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products but in the unfortunate event that you would like to return the goods to us for an exchange or refund due to wrong size or just unsuitable or even faulty.  We would be happy to provide you with a full refund; you will need to email us at sales@trendyangels.com stating, the order number, your name and address, the reasons for your return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Please read the following instructions before sending any goods back to us

• You will need to inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods by email
• The goods must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you, unworn, unwashed and smoke free
• The goods must be returned in its original packaging with the tags still securely attached to the garment
• Our delivery slip must be included with the items
• The delivery and cost would be your responsibility, we would only refund the purchase price
• If we do not receive the items within 7 days of the cancellation email we would be unable to provide for a refund.  You will still be liable to us for the cost of the item

We would recommend you for your own protection; you should send your goods back by recorded delivery, so that you have proof of posting and to ensure that you are covered for any loss in the mail. 

After we have received the goods, we will credit your debit/credit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt

We would reply to your returns email within 2 days and advice on how to proceed with the return

Please note we would not be responsible for any refund/exchange if the above instructions were not followed, or in the case of returns being lost in the post and we have not been in possession of the goods.  Do not return any items until you have received an confirmation of returns email from us
